Poulin Named One of ’40 Under Forty’

Jay Poulin, HEB president and lead civil engineer, has been named to the 2014 class of the Union Leader’s ‘40 Under Forty‘.  The program recognizes some of the New Hampshire’s young achievers with a record of professional and/or volunteer accomplishments.  In addition to his leadership role at HEB, Jay is active in many North Country organizations.  For more information, see this recent write up in the Berlin DailySun.
