HEB to Design New WMNF Trail Bridges
HEB has been awarded the design of four bridges along the Tuckerman Ravine Trail in the White Mountain National Forest as part of our term contract with the United States Forest Service. Utilizing our 2012 Cutler River Watershed analysis work following Tropical Storm Irene, this project will include significant alignment and profile changes for bridges along the popular hiking trail up Mount Washington, raising the bridges to avoid future flood events and erosion. A preliminary engineering report followed by design and permitting will be completed over the next few months for bridges known as Tucks #1 – #3 and the Boott Spur Trail bridge.
