HEB Designing Russell Pond Campground Road Rehabilitation

Continuing under our term contract with the US Forest Service, HEB’s civil group will design the rehabilitation of the entrance road to the Russell Pond Campground in the White Mountain National Forest near Lincoln, New Hampshire.  Surveyors began working on-site this week.  The design will include culvert replacements, drainage improvements, and repaving of approximately 2.5 miles of roadway.  The project is expected to be completed in October 2014.
