Chingas Licensed as NH Septic Designer

We have a new septic designer at HEB!  Tom Chingas, Junior Civil Engineer, recently passed the NH Dept. of Environmental Services septic designer test and joins several other engineers at HEB providing residential and commercial septic design services. Congratulations, Tom!
