HEB Announces Three New Shareholders
HEB Engineers is proud to announce the addition of three new shareholders to the ownership team. The addition of Seth Burnell, Jaimie Gagne, and Eric Grenier represents the successful and continued growth of the firm as we enter our 50th year in Business. “It’s very rewarding to be able to offer ownership opportunities to staff whose commitment and expertise have been a driving force to HEB’s success,” says Jay Poulin, President of HEB. “We look forward to a stronger future together.”
Meet the new shareholders of HEB:
Seth Burnell, LLS, PLS is one of our Senior Land Surveyors. He joined HEB upon graduation from Cornell University in 2002. Seth is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of New Hampshire and a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Maine. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association and was recently awarded an NHLSA Fellow Grade Special Membership. At HEB, he provides technical leadership for our Land Surveying Team and has oversight of HEB’s Land Surveying standards. Seth has also served as HEB’s computer systems technician, responsible for the planning and implementation of hardware and software purchasing and protocols.
Jaimie Gagne, MBA is our Vice President of Finance. She joined HEB in 2012 after a decade-long accounting career in the steel construction industry. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University in 2012. Jaimie has been on the rise since her arrival including roles as Office Manager and later Business Manager. In 2016, she was invited to HEB’s Leadership Team and became the Vice President of Finance in 2022. In this role, she is an integral part of both the Executive and Leadership Teams and is responsible for the oversight of the financial, operational, human resources, and ESOP administration at HEB.
Eric Grenier, PE is one of our Senior Civil Engineers. Eric graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He joined HEB in 2007 after a successful internship the prior summer. Eric is an essential member of the Civil Engineering Team, providing project management, design, and construction administration services on a variety of projects. Eric is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Hampshire and Maine, a Licensed Designer of Subsurface Disposal Systems in New Hampshire, and a licensed Site Evaluator in Maine.
