Expanding Leadership: HEB Engineers Welcomes Three New Shareholders
HEB Engineers is thrilled to welcome three new shareholders to our ownership team: Alison Harris, Jacob Therriault, and Jordan Pike. MEET THE NEW SHAREHOLDERS OF HEB:
Alison Harris is our Director of Administrative Resources. She joined HEB in 2013, originally as a part of the Land Surveying Team. In 2018, she was elected to represent employees as ESOP Trustee and member of HEB’s Board of Directors. Ali was invited to join HEB’s Leadership Team and was promoted to Director of Administrative Resources in 2022. In this role, Ali assists in several aspects of operations including accounting, project management, human resources, and technical support. Ali also oversees HEB’s Quality Control /Quality Assurance process.
Jacob Therriault, LLS is our Director of Land Surveying. Jake joined HEB in 2009 upon graduation from the University of New Hampshire’s Thompson School. From 2009 to 2022, Jake quickly rose through the ranks, from Junior Land Surveyor to Senior Land Surveyor, and has become one of our longest-tenured surveyors. In 2022, he was invited to HEB’s leadership team and was promoted to Director of Land Surveying. He has experience with all aspects of boundary and engineering surveys, including deed research, plan compilation, drafting, and project management. He is a member of HEB’s Safety Committee.
Jordan Pike, PE, PTOE is our Senior Transportation Engineer. Jordan’s professional career began with the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CDOT) in the Traffic Engineering unit and later was promoted to a Project Engineer position where he led a team of engineers through the design and delivery of highway safety projects. After a successful career with CDOT, Jordan relocated to New Hampshire and joined HEB in 2021 as a Senior Transportation Engineer where he leads HEB’s transportation and traffic engineering services.
