Seth Burnell - LLS, PLS
Senior Land Surveyor
Overview
Seth joined HEB in 2003 after graduation from Cornell University and provides technical leadership for our Land Surveying Team and has oversight of HEB’s Land Surveying standards. Seth has experience with all aspects of boundary and engineering surveys, including deed research, plan compilation, drafting, and project management. In 2022, he became a shareholder in the firm.
Seth is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of New Hampshire and a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Maine. Seth is also a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association and serves as chair of their website committee.

Bio
Seth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in 2002 and is a third-generation land surveyor. He was born and raised in Conway, NH and resides there with his wife, Heather, and children, Jenna and Parker. Outside of work, Seth is involved in the local Nordic ski community providing timing for high school and other races. He also enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with his family.
