HEB was selected to provide land surveying and civil engineering services for the development of a 14,000-square-foot senior care facility. The project is a collaboration between Memorial Hospital's Elder Health Services subsidiary and the Betty C. Ketchum Foundation. The development was constructed on a 70-acre lot in Conway, NH. The new structure can accommodate 75 guests per day and provides memory care services. Outside the building are vast pedestrian walkways and garden areas, parking areas, new utilities (water, septic, and electrical), as well as a solar field. HEB prepared detailed engineering drawings for the development that depicted the new site layout, site grading and drainage design, and design of utility and lighting upgrades.  HEB led coordination efforts associated with obtaining NHDES permits for Alteration of Terrain, Water Supply, and Septic Design. Additionally, local permitting required a Zoning Board approval and a Site Plan Review. HEB provided construction administration services including contract administration, submittal reviews, construction observations, payment application reviews, and construction coordination items.
