HEB Presents Route 16 Findings to Berlin Council

Jay Poulin presented our findings from the inventory phase of the Route 16 rehabilitation project to the Berlin City Council on Monday.  He outlined the three main zones of the 2.5 mile project length and the associated areas of concern.  Check out  today’s Berlin Daily Sun article for more details!
