River Street Culvert Contract Signed

The Town of Conway River Street culvert replacement project has been awarded to DeFelice Corporation of Dracut, MA.  HEB assisted the Town in design, permitting, and bidding of the project, beginning in May 2014.  The culvert, located near Sherman Farm and draining into the Saco River in East Conway, NH, failed during a storm last year.  A temporary bridge has been in place since then.  Design and permitting were completed in the fall and the project was put out to bid in January 2015.  Construction is expected to begin once snow has melted and the site is accessible.
