Chingas Joins the HEB Team

We are pleased to welcome Thomas W. Chingas, EIT to our Civil/Survey Group.  Tom recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s engineering program and will be working as a Junior Civil Engineer on a variety of projects. He is a good fit with the firm and we look forward to seeing him grow in his career here at HEB.
