HEB Begins Preliminary Design of Stark Covered Bridge

HEB’s has received authorization from NHDOT and the Town of Stark to move ahead with preliminary design activities for the rehabilitation of the Stark Covered Bridge through the FHWA National Historic Covered Bridge Preservation Program. HEB completed the engineering study phase this past summer. It has been reviewed and approved by various agencies and we are now ready to continue with design. Activities will include environmental review and structural design for the historic Paddleford truss bridge.  HEB expects to complete the preliminary design and permitting phases of the project by spring of 2013, and put the project out to bid in the summer of 2013.
