Littleton South Street Sidewalk Construction Underway

The South Street sidewalk in Littleton, NH, was seriously under-supported and deteriorated.  The Town of Littleton engaged HEB to design a sidewalk reconstruction that would be safer, enhance the Town’s infrastructure, and last for years to come.  Utilizing a precast concrete block retaining system, HEB’s civil engineers completed design and construction documents.  The project was put out to bid and awarded to J.P. Sicard, Inc. of Barton, VT, with construction beginning in early October.  Construction is expected to be completed by the end of November.
