LAND SURVEYOR PROJECT MANAGER

HEB Engineers is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a full-time Project Manager on our Land Surveying Team. Experience:  5+ years of land surveying experience required. Project Management experience is preferred.

Education:    Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with a technical background in surveying is preferred.

Licensure:    LSIT or LLS required.

Software:      Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with team members, clients, and the public.
• Draft survey plans and review junior staff’s plans for accuracy.
• Perform research, computations, and data analysis.
• Write legal descriptions and Surveyor’s Reports.
• Perform fieldwork.
• Fieldwork will be performed in an outdoor setting, including areas that are heavily wooded and/or have rough terrain. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works for sustained periods in outside weather conditions and may be exposed to hot, cold, and inclement weather.
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate physical work and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
