Alison Harris
Director of Administrative Resources
Overview
Ali joined HEB in 2013, originally as a part of the Land Surveying Team. In 2018, she was elected to represent employees as ESOP Trustee and member of HEB’s Board of Directors. Ali was invited to join HEB’s Leadership Team and was promoted to Director of Administrative Resources in 2022. In this role, Ali assists in several aspects of operations including accounting, project management, human resources, and technical support. Ali also oversees HEB’s Quality Control /Quality Assurance process.
Ali is NHDOT Local Public Agency certified.

Bio
Ali earned her Associates Degree in Spatial Information Technology from White Mountains Community College. She was born and raised in South Conway, NH and now resides in Conway with her partner, Mike, and her lovable dog, Momo. Outside of work, Ali likes being outside, enjoying many of the activities that the White Mountains have to offer, including skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, camping, and playing hockey. She also enjoys working in her garden and relaxing around the fire pit in her backyard.
