Jay Poulin - PE
President / Director of Business Development
Overview
Jay joined HEB in 2003 once he moved back to Northern New Hampshire. In 2008, he was invited to join HEB’s leadership team and became a shareholder of the firm. He was elected President in 2013 and continues to serve in this role and leads HEB’s Executive and Leadership Teams. Additionally, Jay serves as Vice-Chair of HEB’s Board of Directors.
Jay is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts and a Licensed Designer of Subsurface Disposal Systems in New Hampshire. Jay also holds certifications for NHDOT Local Public Agency and MEDOT Local Project Administration and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Bio
Jay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 1997. He was born and raised in Berlin, NH, and resides there with his wife and two boys. Outside of work, Jay’s passion is ice hockey. He coaches the youth-level travel teams and continues to play and help organize the local men’s hockey league. He also enjoys camping, golfing, and spending time with his family.
