Staff Structural Engineer
Overview
Sam joined HEB full-time in 2021 after a successful internship at HEB the previous summer. Sam assists the Structural Engineering Team in the development of a variety of projects including design and permitting of new or rehabilitated bridges and structural building design. Additionally, Sam assists both the Structural and Civil groups with HEC-RAS modeling, stream & channel restoration, and hydraulic analysis.
Sam is NHDOT Local Public Agency certified.

Bio
Sam grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but moved north to attend the University of New Hampshire, where he graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in structures. In 2023, he graduated with a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Sam enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, biking, kayaking, exploring, and adventuring with his family.
